My Comments:
I adore this series. :) I love the family and always look forward to reading more.

I noticed a change in the character of Lucy's husband Bill in this story.. He seemed less "grumpy". I liked it, but also liked the edge he had in the previous books.. It seemed to make the story more real with a grumpy man. LOL But it was nice to see him being so sweet too :)

Can't wait to read Back to School Murder!! I wonder what kind of trouble Lucy will get into next?

(I'm a little amused by the description below.. Though it is found on the back of the book, it's not exactly all accurate. From what I know after reading this book..
The Halloween party is the first one they had and wasn't called the All-Ghouls festival.. but was just a party in an abandoned mansion.)

Description from the publisher:
It's October in Maine, and everyone in Tinker's Cove is preparing for the annual Halloween festival. While Lucy Stone is whipping up orange frosted cupcakes, recycling tutu's for her daughters' Halloween costumes, helping her son with his pre-teen rebellion, and breast feeding her brand new baby girl, an arsonist is loose in Tinker's Cove. When the latest fire claims the life of the owner of the town's oldest house, arson turns into murder.
While townsfolk work to transform a dilapidated mansion into a haunteded house for the All-Ghouls festival, the hunt for the culprit heats up. Trick-or-Treat turns deadly as a little digging in all the wrong places puts Lucy too close to a shocking discovery that could send all her best-laid plans up in smoke...
