When Lee got divorced she decided to move in with her Aunt Nettie to help her run her chocolate shop now that her Uncle had recently passed away.
She used to help out at the shop when she was a teenager and so coming back to the town she met up with her old friend Lindy once again. Lindy worked for a catering company that her husbands father ran and Lee decided to help cater a big party.
Earlier that same afternoon Lee had delivered special chocolates from her Aunts store for the same party, and when the host of the party turns up dead from a poisoned chocolate Lee does all she can to figured out how it happened and clear her own name along with her Aunt and the reputation of the chocolate shop.

Lee also meets up with an old "crush" who is now the ex-husband of the woman who was murdered and she can't help but be thrown together with him while the investigation is going on but wonders why he is treating her with a "cold shoulder".

I loved this book! I thought it had a great balance of mystery and romance :)
This is the 1st in this series and I can't wait to find out more about these characters!
