This is best book I've finished this year by far! And I can not wait to read her next book "Better Read Then Dead" Plus her part in the book called "Drop Dead Blonde" which is 4 short stories.


In this book Abby Cooper meets a man from an online dating service, while getting ready for her date she watches the news and "sees" that a missing boy is really dead and the kidnapping was staged by the boys mother and uncle.
While on her date with Dutch (who she later finds out to be a police detective) she's had a bit too much to drink and spills her thoughts about the missing boy.

About a week later Dutch comes to her house to question her about the murder thinking she has something to do with it since he does not believe in psychic abilities.

Abby then gives a reading to a woman named Allison who just recently lost her sister to suicide and soon after the reading Abby finds out that Allison is murdered!! Dutch slowly realizes the help that Abby can give him and the 2 of them begin to work together. So with Abby on the case they set out to find out who killed Allison and why... But in the mean time Abby ignores her "warnings" and manages to gets herself into grave danger!
